Salon Policies

Our service guaranteed. Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at The Color Bar Salon! 

Retail Products:

Products that are "gently used", damaged, or defective may be exchanged for another product & exchanged within 15 days. This exchange is pending management approval. This does not apply to shampoos & conditioners, lotions, or brushes.

Hair Services:

Dissatisfaction in service must be expressed within five days. Services are corrected by the initial provider to fix, correct, & work with a client to achieve a satisfactory resolution. Requesting another service provider for a fix is contingent upon the situation. Monetary refunds are not rendered on services. We take pride in our work and want all our clients satisfied.

Gift Certificate:

All gift certificates are final sale. Cash or checks are suggested for purchasing gift certificates due to the fact some stylists are independent contractors and have their own processing system for transactions. (Unless told otherwise by their service provider or service provider is present.)

 

Balances on gift certificates can be used towards future appointments and tips can be used on gift certificates. Gift certificates cannot be used towards retail.

Cancellation/ No show policy:

We take pride in reserving your requested time slot for your beauty needs! In order to book an appointment with us we request a card on file. We understand there are times you may need to reschedule! We would really appreciate 48 hour notice to be able to let clients on the waitlist know. Failure to do so within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge & a no show or same day cancel will result in 100% charge of the selected service. Thank you for respecting our time & business.

Bridal policy:

There is a deposit of $150 to reserve a date with the Color Bar. The deposit is a nonrefundable deposit once the date is booked.
